After a 1 hour 10 minutes on hold this afternoon,( the same number if I had been wanting to buy some wine) QF wines have agreed for me to return the wine, and obtain a $99 refund.
Someone will 'reach out to me' in the next three days with the details.
I have requested all 'reaching out' to be done by e-mail.

Thereās some good offers at the mo. Including some quaffer mixed doz. But Iām about to head OS and not game to risk a delayed wine deliveryā¦
A few tens of thousand QFF points with bonus wine would have got me within site of PCP for the first time.
Not the greatest offer compared to higher $ per bottle offers though pretty good:

PCP $378 = 31.50 per bottle with 18k bonus. 2.1c per point as is. (47.61 pts / $)
Throw in a voucher + the 3 points spend and youāre at 1.72c. Pretty good for mid-range spend
Bought one so hopefully the wine is good!
Also noticed on the website for those with QBR theyāre doing 15k bonus for $1k spend until end of July, terms donāt say it needs to be in one transaction.

I received as per @vmile I received 12 bottles of Invivo SJP Sud de France Rose 2019 (I will also be asking for a refund)
The second case contained
5 Penley Giliam Light Dry Red 2021
1 Invivo SJP Sud de France Rose 2019
and wait for it - 6 bottles of sparkling water FFS
I'll ring them tomorrow when my blood pressure has decreased slightly
