Hello fellow flyers,

I just wasted an hour of my life attempting to book a hotel on the qantas website, where it would just freeze when it came to entering my details after selecting the hotel, after six attempts I am done.

Off to Combinedhotels.com I go.

rant finished, ave a good weekend everyone,

cheers

Can I add more qantas website fails here:

Modify search in multi-city bookings always fails to remember the search settings. Instead requiring me to reenter all details to make a minor change.

But when I go back to the website after logging off, open multi city and then suddenly it remembers the search!

No MH flights showing when I search for awards.

Can't search for a one way award KUL to Australia.

No direct CX flights SYD-HKG showing when search for cash fares. Instead giving great option like SYD-NRT-HKG. But if I search for an award SYD-HKG all the direct CX flights appear.

Refuses to find flight if searching multi city ADL-SYD-HKG on the same departure day. As it can't find any combinations. But ADL-HKG returns flights, qf730-qf127. Multi city should at least return that same option.

The site came in handy for a new blender with seemingly endless choices. Kept in the good books redeeming for a Vitamix Pro and impressed it was delivered Monday after being ordered only last Wednesday.

I hear your pain on the website

just went to book a hotel near LAX

cant search LAX

but can search
west Los Angeles
Fashion District Los Angeles
Bel Air
Century City
Miracle mile
Koreatown
Fairfax
all lovely parts of LA im sure
but would you not think a larger portion of the people on a Qantas website might need to be near the Airport.
so now I need to go to the maps and search this for the airport and look the longway

Come on Qantas
