Hi Team
Has anyone else had the issue of being unable to search for flights on points? I've been unable to get it to work on the Qantas website for the last few days. I'd already suffered nearly three weeks of not being able to see bookings (ok now) then I get this. Qantas really is testing my loyalty right now.

Are you looking for international flights? I presume you’re using multi city search and Getting to the month view calendar?

I've had trouble getting multi city cash flights to book this week.

Not getting anywhere - it just hangs and yes international flights

Have you tried opening a private/incognito page and then login and do the search?

Have you cleared cookies/cache? Used a different browser?

Qantas is the most horrible company ever. I can't book my flights using points... Website keep showing an error in the last page. I have been trying for 3 weeks already. The flights are available there and even calling the customer centre they can't finish the booking and hung up on me. "Mysteriously" some random flights that uses more points with more stopover sometimes pass through the last page.

Welcome to AFF. What flights? Partner or Qantas? I suspect you're unfortunately looking at phantom availability.

Has anyone had success ringing the call centre when there is apparent phantom availability?

I tried to book a one way international direct flight classic award on air Vanuatu. I got the error “Sorry, an error seems to have occurred, and this page cannot be displayed (15079, 421)”.

Then on immediately searching again the seats were gone

I went back 2 days later - seats are showing as available. But same error code when try to book

I wonder why they returned?

One website suggests the error code means “if you're booking a Classic Rewards seat in any travel class, the points seat is not actually available to book even the website says the seat is available.”

I’ll ring the call centre if it shows up again instead of trying to book it online… one lives in hope. But it seems like a 1% chance as a Bronze

I am unsurprised but angry that the Qantas website still has these errors that actually induce great disappointment rather than just inconvenience!!

Yep. Firefox or Chrome will hang forever so I have to use private mode which presents its own problems.

Multi city works sometimes then other times will get an error.

It really is a s**tshow of a website

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I've been trying plan a trip the past 3-4 days for school holidays and boy is it difficult.

Inconsistent, constant time outs, crashes when doing multi-city and there's something wrong with 2nd or subsequent legs.

I didn't realise Qantas had married segments. QF81 available as economy award SYD-SIN-KUL but not SYD-SYD or even SYD-SIN-BKK.

I'd book it SIN and throw away the KUL leg but the tax component is $250 per person which is ridiculous.

Just tried Multi-city booking, Use Points, for international... calendar failed to load "This page isn't working right now" on Win11/Edge

I have noticed though that the initial search screen now retains your last search - airports and dates... I don't think it used to, and makes it easier to come back at a later time after considering options

For the last few days the multi-city search for international award seats wouldn't work - just got a blank page - when using my MacBook. This morning still happening, tried restarting the laptop but no change. Then I tried using my iPad instead and it worked fine. Technology...

I'm finding the "Where could I go" function particularly unhelpful. I'm trying to book Classic Award Business class flights to Europe next May, one way and flexible with dates. Multiple options show up, but as soon as I click "book this flight" it says there are no such flights available. I've tried multiple different options, and just get the same response.
As that option doesn't seem to work, what is the best way to find Classic Award Business class flights to Europe? I'm QFF LTG.

Try the multi-city tool, but don’t get your hopes up.

AUS-EUR is in high demand with only limited seat releases.

If you’re not seeing them now, the probability of them appearing is low.

I just realised I missed an important "no" in my original post, which I have now edited. But you seem to have understood what I meant.
Sorry, but how does the multi-city option help? I'm only looking to book one-way currently, as I want to spend 4-5 weeks there and the return flights wouldn't be released yet as over 365 days.

Searching with “multi flight” brings up a calendar. You can enter just one flight or break flight up into each leg. Ie AU to HKG then HKG to EU. Or AU to SIN then SIN to EU.
