Wed 29/7, QF1 SIN-LHR, success from Y Saver -> PE (2 pax) as a WP (+1 is a bronze) . This was a part of QF81/QF1/AY1332, requested the upgrade only for SIN-LHR.

A nice add-on was an op-up Y to J for LHR-HEL on AY 359. A short leg but still nice to lounge even for that time. We were seated separately, in opposite corners of the cabin and my +1 availed the opportunity for a good nap.

CX lounge at LHR T3 limited the access and we were redirected to their business lounge. It still worked well for breakfast.
On a separate note, I made a personal record from T3 gate 1 through the transit security to the lounge: 20 mins. Speed-walking was involved because of a late arrival of QF1 and we had only 70 mins until the next departure.

I got into CX LHR F lounge no problems at 5:30pm as QF WP for the second time this European summer on 11th Aug for QF2….both times not even half full. What time were you denied?
