I can guarantee you that no-one with that particular anniversary date will be getting PC (or PCP)...![]()
It would be easily doable with a few 125k transfers from Amex?

Whoosh!Yep. 20k from QBR (instant) plus CCs.
Whoosh!
I know! It's going to take me at least 6-8 weeks! You’d be surprised! I’m in awe at some others who’ve posted in the PC thread about getting PC+ a week into their new year!![]()
My membership year ended 30 Sept. I have just over 2 months to achieve PC+ again. Would love to know how they did it a week !You’d be surprised! I’m in awe at some others who’ve posted in the PC thread about getting PC+ a week into their new year!![]()
Have things like woolies banked up. Transfers from CC programs. QBR etcMy membership year ended 30 Sept. I have just over 2 months to achieve PC+ again. Would love to know how they did it a week !
I should have thought of this with my CBA points once I passed PC but oh wellHave things like woolies banked up. Transfers from CC programs. QBR etc
I think i have enough to hit pc+ whenever i feel like it, but at the cost of locking those points into QFF.
I've just assumed it gives them a week to allow for them to process any point , status credits (both QF and partners) and people with November year end updated to the correct statusu with minimal manual work and get it in before any Christmas IT shutdown periodsHas it been referenced before why they chose the 8th of December, a random Tuesday, to mark the end of things like Points Club & Green Tier? Any significance to the date?
What's your strategy?

That s exactly how I feel for LTP.They say any points between now and Dec 8th will count towards your status on the ground this membership year...

Well I'm on my way![]()
If your membership year ends on 31-Nov then you should require 1400 to retain in the next membership year.My next platinum membership year commences on December 1st. Will I need 1200 credits during that year from Dec 1 20026 to Nov 30 2027 to retain platinum status ?
I am betting on a 1200 retain for this 31 Nov group. The change is announced to take effect in 2027, and there is hope that Qantas do not change the target mid membership year: starting with a target of 1200, then getting it updated to 1400 would be poor form. Off course Qantas could do it and p*** o** many members, I bet they won t do it, not necessarly. If your membership year ends on 31-Nov then you should require 1400 to retain in the next membership year.
I very much doubt his membership year ends on that day.If your membership year ends on 31-Nov then you should require 1400 to retain in the next membership year.
The number of people in that group will be low to non-existent.I am betting on a 1200 retain for this 31 Nov group.
Not again!!I very much doubt his membership year ends on that day.
But ditching of separate earn/retain targets is something happening in 2027...
