Wonder if anyone can assist me? I see my travel credit has been converted into a Travel Pass, but I have never received any confirmation e-mail with the required details to use the pass. I want to book an international flight and use the pass. Qantas helpline has a waiting time of over 120mins currently and there seems to be no other way to inquire about this?

hmm. Did you get an email saying it is being processed or will be issued? If the credit has just been processed today it may take a few days to issue the actual TP.

For me once I opted in for a TP I got an email saying so, but then the actual TP may take up to a week or two to issue (bu they usually showed up after a few days).

Anyone worked out how to get your Travel Pass login details/email resent? (different to QF login details)
The dreaded call:
Your TravelPass is valuable. It's important to keep these details safe and secure. We're not liable for the loss or theft of a TravelPass or the unintended use of a TravelPass by a person other than the recipient. If you lose your TravelPass details, contact your local Qantas office as soon as possible.

Qantas converted my flight credits to a Qantas pass without me knowing. When I tried to use my flight credits I was shown that I needed the new Qantas pass information provided to me in an email. I don’t have the email. So I’ve emailed them asking for the email three times and 3 calls have gone unanswered after being on hold for more than 2 1/2 hours. So it appears that by not giving me the info to use my flight credits Qantas essentially will attempt pocket the money without providing me the service I paid for.

Same happened with me, I was told my flight credit converted to qantas pass last year. Still waiting for an email with details around qantas pass. Called them 4 times, after waiting for hours, i am told, i will get the email from qantas pass team soon. Still waiting.. Looks like they have pocketed my money

Do you have the original PNR? It may still be in the system as a voucher.

Happy ending, by now?

Has anyone had this issue resolved? I went to use my flight credit only to discover that it had been converted to a Qantas Pass with the login info sent to the original email used to book. As I no longer have access to the email address I used in early 2020, I never received the email with the Qantas Pass login info (and Qantas would have received an 'unable to deliver' reply). I had updated my email address on my FF account at the time of the change however there was no way to update it on a past booking (and I had no way of knowing that I would need to). Multiple calls to Qantas regarding this issue have resulted in many many hours on hold and once answered the operator has either placed me on hold & then hung up on me without assisting, or advised they will request the appropriate department to email the Qantas Pass login details, but that email never comes. So incredibly frustrating, and I am watching the price of the flights I want to book increase daily. I would love to know if anyone was able to get this issue resolved and how. If I do not hear back from Qantas within the next couple of weeks I intend to lodge a complaint with the Airline Customer Advocate & see if that gets me anywhere.

Edit: I've had success! I rang the number at the top of this thread: Qantas Call Centre Long Wait Times
Phone call was answered within 5 mins (miracles do happen! 🙃 ) took another 40 mins on the call to actually get it sorted but I now have Qantas Pass details.
