Last year we had to cancel a ticket for my wife to visit her elderly mother in Tasmania. We were given 12 months to use the credit. When I tried to use it for both of us to travel ADL-MEL recently I was told as the ticket was in her name the credit couldn't be used for my ticket. I expressed polite frustration. After conferring with his supervisor their representative said they would fully refund the amount to my credit card They have done this - including he card fee. Credit where credit is due - thank you QANTAS

Well done. It is good to come across the occasional pleasing story.
