Hi all and apologies if this has been raised on another thread.

I've just been surveyed (by phone) on my views of QF. Questions related strictly to QF domestic but covered a lot of aspects of their operations. I did however think that some of the questions were framed to have QF come out in the best light (cynic in me says that you never ask a question where you may not get the answer you're looking for). A lot of how would you compare QF, VB, JQ & TT.

Apparently they got my contact details directly from QF and I don't really have a problem with that (in fact secretely happy that I actually got asked so I could give my opinion!).

Anyone else out there been surveyed on this recently?

There was an online survey (with a 500FF point sweetener) recently.

Also, there is a tick box in you FF personal details section IIRC if you dont wish to be contacted (obviously not an issue for you but thought i'd point out for others reading this).

I recently completed the online Qantaslink survey, but have had no other surveys, and no phone ones.

I wouldn't really call this a survey (more of a pop quiz), as it asks one question:

"Would you recommend the QFF Programme to a friend".

Yes, they sent me, without invitation the woolies card.:evil:

It arrived last week.

They even have my name printed on it in full, in black printing.

I have never seen a woolies card card with the printed name before.

I really just wish they had asked me first.
I still don't know what personal info they have given woolies

I'm in the same boat, Jaffa... whilst I may have considered the card at some stage (yet another card to carry around) I received a preprinted card also (Post # 979).
