Qantas Status benefits Flying FJ economy

If you're a current Qantas Gold member and booking a FJ economy fare, what economy fare type below is best to select (price wise) that then uses your Qantas Gold member benefits (such as seat selection, priority baggage etc) instead of a higher fare type? Does FJ provide seat selection/priority baggage etc for Qantas Gold on an FJ issued ticket? We will only have 1 piece of checked in luggage each.

If you're transitting NAN airport from one FJ flight to another FJ flight, as a Qantas Gold member are you entitled to use the NAN FJ lounge for you and 1 guest (provided your guest is also travelling on the same FJ flights)?

Fiji Airways is now part of the full oneworld alliance, meaning that you'll get extra baggage and seat selection privileges, even if you book in the Value fare type.

Keep in mind that if you are traveling with more than one person, that seat selection is only complimentary to the status holder and not your traveling companions on Fiji Airways.

Value will give you 1 pieces of checked baggage and 1 piece extra from your status, so the tip if you have two is to check both under your name so that your bags come out first - priority baggage.

As per oneworld lounge access policy, you are entitled to access the Fiji Airways Premier Lounge in Nadi with one guest as you are a Qantas Gold level (directly translated to oneworld Sapphire).
