Hi everyone,

sorry if this is included in any other thread -

for the past couple of days when I log into my QF account, there is no way to access my current bookings:

Can you not access them from the drop down top right where your name is?

There has been problems for nearly a week with the site including not being able to make reward bookings at one stage.

Have you tried clearing your Cache?

I know the interface of My Bookings changed a couple of weeks ago. Maybe they are still working through that process?

As this has now been a couple of days, have just skyped the P1 team, and they will "get back to me" :) Will advise what they say in case anyone else is suffering this....

They replied by email within minutes, but simply advising that they were passing on to tech whatever and will again advise me how it goes....

P1 team truly are nice :)

Working just fine for me in Chrome on Windows.

I know it sound odd but is it intermittent, I just look at my account and nothing seems to be broken.

Clear your browser history, flush your Cache do general maintenance or best is to switch the computer on and then off.

Thank fully I can access my booking even on the Qantas App

Tried all that - still no go :(

This is what worries me - it appears most do not have an issue. I REALLY need MMB to work - I constantly have to make bookings between other ones, and I rely on MMB to refer to to know where I will be. My fault I know to rely on the student tech team :)
