Qantas shopping mall and Myer

Hi. Just wondering if anyone has actually received points from Myer via the Qantas Shopping Mall? My purchases at Qantas are showing in the Qantas Shopping Activity list but they are showing as pending for months. I contacted Myer and the person I spoke to online was clueless. I can see the loop already. Myer says contact Qantas, Qantas says contact Myer. Anyone got any tips?
