Qantas Rewards and Caltex Starcard

Has anyone noticed the points failing to be applied to your Qantas Rewards account since July from Caltex?

Caltex said they went through, and Qantas Rewards say none were recieved. Its not a great experience. Ive tried emailing Qantas Rewards but have received no response yet.
