Qantas returning to Buenos Aires?

Not open for further replies.

Sep 28, 2003
Just trawling through CNN's Spanish-language website (as one does), and noticed the following segment in an article in it's travel section, dated 25/11/03:

Aerolíneas internacionales vuelven a descubrir Argentina tras la crisis':
Qantas, que actualmente no opera en el país, está evaluando retomar su ruta desde Argentina a Oceanía en el 2004...

My translation:

'International airlines return to discover Argentina after the Crisis':
Qantas, which does not actually operate in the country, is evaluating retaking it's route between Argentina and Oceania in 2004...

Other oneworld carriers are mentioned in the article, including AA, BA and Lanchile.
