It is interesting that after a period of major change when they have been reassuring the shareholders and public that they are on the right track, they suddenly need to shake things up again! Instability breeds instability. Wonder who they selected to do the job?

Always good to have a look critically at what you are doing - but IMO the "issues" dont revolve around the management / corporate structure, but a failure of the organisation to listen to it's customers. I'm not sure assessing the restructure or management will achieve a change in that area.

QF IT gets reviewed every few years..... the last big decision was a few years back to outsource to IBM ....... they let alot of experience walk out the door and the whole project could be called a FAIL !
