Well even though St George is owned by Westpac they still have some different systems.

For CC bonus points eligibility last I checked St George and Westpac were treated as being separate banks though you should check the T&Cs.

St George/Bank of Melbourne/Bank SA treated as same bank

Westpac as a different bank

I got the same survey as well and got the 200 points - I still qualify for it despite only going to funerals, never planned one
