I’d be sure to enter my QFF with any leading zeros (as applicable) to ensure the AF / KL systems recognise your QF FF#.

Interesting! I wonder how many digits is standard for them to determine how many leading zeros I should enter.

I believe QFF#s are 7 digit.

My physical cards showing one leading zero and 6 non zero digits. But they drop the leading zero on the virtual card. Which didn’t help when CX were re-entering my FF# without success - until I suggested they add the zero and Bingo! (Group 1, Lounge, Extra Luggage etc)….

Thanks. I had a vague recollection that there might be new number formats. Sounds like the 10 digit ones start with something other than a zero!

I believe the key would be to punch in whatever appears on a physical card - if you have one.

Pleasantly surprised to see “Sky Priority” on my KLM boarding pass for KL835 SIN - DPS and earning 500 QFF points. Booked and flown as pure KLM ticket with QFF# added to KLM ticket.

Even more surprised now that I got an upgrade FOR FREE into premium economy on the way back from DPS to SIN on KL836 on a KLM issued cheapish economy ticket.

While at the airport, I received an SMS from “Air France” that I should report to the service desk.

Been many years since I’ve flown KLM long haul but after the last few DPS-SIN J trips I’m going to have to seriously look into it in the future

Yes it does.

Can confirm I had SkyPriority on my boarding pass and was allocated to group 2 for boarding. No lounge access (not that I was expecting it but the agent at check-in said I did).

I have some intra Europe flights on KLM in Y coming up. Any benefit in adding my Qf number (as Plat) to the booking? Eg seat selection, lounge access?

Travelling KLM Y from VCE to AMS yesterday, I could use the Sky Priority check in to check my bag in, avoiding the long Q of American tourists checking in for their flights to US! Also had priority baggage but my bag took forever to come out (even though it was one of the first few out) at Shi.hole (aka as Schipol)!

Also got a gate upgrade from Y to J...KLM J is really nothing special with better food and wine but same seats as Y!

No lounge access at VCE but used Priority Pass to access the busy Marco Polo Lounge at VCE
