Did anybody else get the QFF questionnaire. I did it yesterday (took about 15-20 mins), not sure when I get my 500 points.

Dear GSP,
As a valued Qantas Frequent Flyer member, we’d like to know a little bit about your thoughts on a new initiative we’re exploring for our members.

Please take our short survey by 8 July 2018 and by answering a few questions, you’ll earn 500 Qantas Points.* They could be the easiest points you’ll earn today.

Hurry, this offer is limited to the first 800 members who submit a completed survey before the end date.

Oh dear. A 'new initiative' can't be good.

800 is not a big sample size, I wonder if this is legit? Although the wording is typically QF.

No nothing in my inbox about that but did receive an email from ? QFF asking to rate and recommend QFF membership to any of my Family, friends or work colleagues. Ranged from a "most definitely not - most definitely. I will not answer these for any points. IMHO if these emails are legit and then you answered 'most definitely NOT' I do not trust QFF with what they would do with that info/negative response as they have your details and who knows you now have a negative tick next to your name on your profile.

Got the same email with no offer of points unfortunately. I did complete , took about 10 minutes and I wasn't overly complementary

I think the thing that illustrates the lack of seriousness in such surveys is that language. "A valued Qantas customer"??? As a P1 who pays QF a gazzilion a year, I don't manage to engender more desire for feedback than when I was bronze.

Im just a gold member but under no illusions how special i am to QFF. The email looks legit as it had the standard header with correct points ànd SCs, sure could be mocked up but not sure.

Well yes. But you're sort of in the 'guaranteed' income category. A non-status member has the flexibility to change airlines. They could be the target for increasing revenue.
