Hey folks,
Wondering if anyone has experienced what I’m going through at the moment with Qantas not offering fares for routes.
I was monitoring fares the last few from Perth to Cork via London. I’ve flown the route previously. Qantas normally use AerLingus for the final leg from London to Cork. Prices were reasonable and had lots of availability. I went to book a few days ago and I get an error when I look them up “It looks like there are no flights available for your search criteria. Try searching other dates or destinations. (#7190)”
I contacted customer care who said they could still view the flights and they confirmed they had lots of availability, they could not book them for me so transferred me to the booking team, the booking team then said the flights could not be booked but did not give a reason.
I’ve checked the Perth to London flight (return) individually and London to Cork flight (return) individually via AerLingus and all had ample availability.
Wonder if anyone has ever had this experience with Qantas? Or what you done to get Qantas to offer a fare for the route again.
Thanks,
Jordan
