Thats probably because most wide bodies this morning was landing on RWY34. SQ231 (a380 directly in front) landed that way. AIB35LR was also tracking for 34 and then suddenly it swung out at the and and came back in on 27.Does Runway 27 not have an area under the approach path to watch? I recall about 20 years ago in my teenage years, you could drive off the side of the road and there was big areas off the side to watch.
Everyone seemed to be lined up for a Runway 34 arrival. Sure would suck to be down near the threshold.
