What time are Qatar's (Virgin's) reward seats released?

Hi All,

Looking to book a trip in the next couple of weeks for next year - have noticed zero reward availability for Qatar (or the Virgin alike) recently, and only 1 reward seat on Singapore - maybe I am logging in too late to see these given the summer timeframe and they are being grabbed already?

Looking for SYD to CDG for late June next year (25th onwards) so they are not released yet - but the pattern currently is as above.

330 days usually, although inventory may be limited if that's school holidays. Seats for 25 June onwards should start to appear next week. I think for Velocity it's a midnight release, but someone else may be able to confirm.

Worth noting this is after award inventory is released to SQ (and possibly QR) own programs, so no guarantee Velocity will get any for a given date.

Hope I can ask a related question. I am waiting for Velocity to release Europe-Doha for late Jun 2027 so i can complete a flight home.

If i manage to grab a Velocity award booking Europe to Doha, and already have an existing Doha to Melbourne award flight, are Qatar likely to let me book my bags all the way though to Australia?
