Qantas Price Promise Not Honoured

Has anyone been approved for QF Flight Price Promise but never received the 1000 points? In Oct 2019 I made a direct booking with QF and then asked for price promise with them. Within 3 days they sent me an email confirming that I was approved and will receive the $11 price difference once I have taken my first flight....and I did receive this $11 after the first flight. They also stated that I would receive 1000 points within 8 weeks after I have completed my journey in full. Its now 3 months and still no bonus 1000 points and despite numerous webchat and emails to various depts. in QF its still not resolved. My wife made a similar booking on a different PNR on a different day and received the same email stating 1000 points approved and she is also still waiting for her 1000 points. QF will reply to emails stating that you have received the award points per travel but does not answer the question re the 1000 points. So has anyone had this same issue?
 
I have - but with their cruise division whereas your issue is with flights. In that case I just called up the cruise division, they checked things out then credited the points.
 
I've heard of plenty of issues where Qantas has denied Price Promise claims from the outset for arbitrary reasons. But not so many complaints about the 1,000 points not posting.
