BNE-MEL-DPS return for $2499 in J isn't too shabby. Earns 360 SC.

Cheers! With a DSC that will be a good earner. MEL-DPS earns the same as MEL-HKG and MEL-SIN.

This one "only" earns 320 SCs but includes some better aircraft (3 of 4 flights are on 787s) and a couple of leisurely visits between flights to the F lounge in Sydney if you're Platinum, or to the J lounge otherwise.

FWIW Air NZ is basically matching this J fare on its direct AKL-PER flight as well.

BTW there are a few oddities with this sale - you highlighted BNE-MEL-DPS in an earlier post - that is available but there are no sale fares for a straight MEL-DPS J fare. If you are in northern Tassie then all that the sale is offering is LST-MEL-AKL in J - absolutely nowhere else at all.
