I have stayed a several AirBnB places since July, all good. However, despite booking these through the QANTAS website, I've never received any of the promised points. I've search hard but cannot find any link where you can chase missing points from AirBnB, on either QANTAS or AirBnB sites. Is this off a scam? Anyone else ever got QFF points from AirBnB?:(

It takes some time after the stay for the points to post. You also have to book via the QF site. Going directly to airbnb won't work.

I made bookings for Osaka and Seoul via the QF site last year just after the QF/airbnb partnership was formed (and one in Tokyo the day before... :/).
The Osaka and Seoul points both posted about 6 weeks after the stay.

All my AirBnB stays have had points posted. Just need to give it more time.

Same deal with hotels booked through QF, anything up to 8 weeks after check out.

Please keep us posted when the points come through.

I've done a few as well, never had an issue with points posting, 6-8 weeks seems usual.

Just checked a recent Airbnb stay in Huntsville AL which posted 2 months after my stay. As long as you click to book Airbnb via the QF website you should be fine.

Two months (from the start of my stay - not when I booked) for points to post too. Unfortunately there's no way to check if you booked from navigating from Qantas's Hotel/Airbnb page or directly through Airbnb though, so wait until you hit the two month mark to find out.

~2 months for my May stay to post, but a stay I had in late September just posted today, so ~2 weeks.

My airbnb points consistently come through after 2 months. I wish Qantas has some sort of “Pending” points page like they do for the Online Mall so that we know it’s atleast recorded in their systems :)

Do you get some sort of confirmation during the booking process? Ive been using AirBnB long before Qantas became a partner, did all my searching directly, then once I had a short list closed the web page and searched again via Qantas link and made the booking. But haven't received an email from Qantas re the booking - whereas when you shop via the Qantas mall links you get an email to indicate your purchase has been linked to your Frequent Flyer account.

I never have.

I have booked Airbnb via Qantas multiple times and have never received any confirmation. I just ensure there are no extensions on my browser that block cookie tracking and hope for the best!

So the Airbnb stay I booked via Qantas link was for 12-19 June. Its been over 8 weeks since start of stay and just over 7 weeks since check out - no sign of points. If points not deposited by wednesday guess I will need to start a claims process (sure that wont be easy). Liek NIsho I really wish there was some sort of pending points view.

My advice is to be patient as the points tend to post automatically if you book through the Qantas link and have included your FF details in the bookings.

IME, the points are processed and posted in batches as I have a bunch of early May stays where I received the points in late June (25th).

I guess the next batch will be processed in late August so I would wait until then before following up.

So I waited until over 8 weeks from checkout date and when points still hadn't arrived, I raised a case with Qantas hotels last Friday - they requested:
  1. Name on booking
  2. QFF Number
  3. Airbnb Confirmation Number
  4. Stay Date From
  5. Stay Date To
  6. Amount of booking
  7. Property Location
  8. Booking Date
On Monday I got an email promising to resolve within a week, and the points finally posted today.

So if it's over 8 weeks, follow-up and you shall receive.
