Qantas points redemption to/from Maldives

I was looking at using my QF points for flights to and from Maldives next year. CX, UL, MH are the QF partners that operate flights to Male.

However I can’t seem to even enter MLE as a departure airport on the QF website. (I wanted to book one way from Maldives back) Despite on some dates I was able to find rewards availability on UL/CX however it doesn’t seem like the website lets you select Male as a departure point (return or Australia - Male works). Is this a glitch or do I have to call customer service to book this direction.

interesting, I was first checking Male - Melbourne on the app and that didn’t work so I probably just assumed the other direction doesn’t work either.

I've booked the other direction (ex MLE) by calling up. It's not available via the website, I'm guessing due to QF not having a ticketing office in the local currency.

Ask them to waive the phone assistance fee.
