Has anyone had issues with their vouchers disappearing? I'm positive I had vouchers from my prior member year that I hadn't used (i.e. was holding over to this year to get the best bang for buck as I'd already re-qualified), but seems all I have showing now are the new vouchers that were allocated for my current member year.
Heard this before - 'tis why I keep a folder in Gmail where these live until redeemed. Never rely on an airline-supplied dashboard.

Yeah, rookie mistake. Might look back on my emails to see if I've got any record from when the previous ones were issued.
Mine (first earning) were delivered 6 days after my Welcome email. Subject line of:
"RB001, a Points Club reward is waiting for you"

Found the previous email and it seems that those issued last year were "12 months from date of issue" whereas the ones I've just received are clearly valid for longer. But.... looking at the fine print in the email -:

The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The email/vouchers were received October 8th. So.... whether hotel or wine, the vouchers have two conflicting expiry dates.
