I got the benefit e-mails earlier on after PC began, but haven't received the vouchers via e-mail in the last couple of years. I get hardly any QF comms, including DSC offers and the WP Newsletters... just the flight sale e-mails. This is even though I've cleared and re-checked all the communication options a bunch of times. Thankfully I have AFF to keep me informed!I keep the email with the voucher details. But for some reason, not everyone gets an email…
Probably not “sneaky”, just lazy programming. They should list each voucher type like lounge passes* so you can have multiple ones.
*Lounge passes do have a hard expiry aligned to member year, so it is one out, one in if not used.
