Qantas Points Club Discussion

5k points listed in account but total definitely not upped by 5k.

How do they not link each other FFS.
How can points be added but total not changed to reflect?

QF will have the correct amount on their systems (I phoned to check for mine).

It's a web/app bug.

Hopefully Qantas will move the PC loyalty bonus into the correct category i.e. points earned on ground, putting them in the flights category is disingenuous

Have received the points in the last few hours but not the SC's - baby steps... baby steps...
SC's arrived late this afternoon. Now just need to chase Kogan up yet again for the rest of the points that keep coming in dribs and drabs...

Everything landed today for me. Hotel and wine vouchers, 150 SC's and 5,000 points. What's not to love.

Well, apart from the awful experience I had a couple of days ago trying to cancel a domestic points resevation. That's for another thread I guess.

Good point - full 20k. Thought the 5k bonus would be separate as not earned by actual flying. Is that not the case?
Yep, I noticed and posted earlier that they posted as “Flying”….😔

You would hope that would be fixed, as penalises FFs who actually fly.
LOL - are you suggesting that a very large multi-faceted company with many diverse divisions that happens to have a division that happens to operate some airplanes might care that some of their customers occasionally take a flight on those planes?

I live in (limited ) hope
