The transfer QF to Jetstar in Changi is actually quite easy - the bus is at the C gates, near where Qantas normally arrives from Brisbane. If QF51 arrives on time you have time for dinner at the QF lounge. If it arrives a bit late, you go straight to the bus and graba a quick bite in the Jetstar Asia terminal. Bus takes about 15 minutes.

I would think that SQ makes the most sense but it depends whether you think you can achieve the tier requirements
I will be doing probably 4 regular trips per year from BNE to BKK for the foreseeable future. I may occasionally need an extra one or two and I would like to get the most benefit out of the FF or Kris membership. I am currently base level with both and the accumulated flight points have just been deleted on both accounts.

I have a about 95000 points with QF and 24500 miles with Kris. My next flight is about November 7. Any advice on the best airline to focus on to get a higher status?

For me, I have far more options to earn QF points, so that initially drove my choice. I also fly mostly to NZ and the US. It’s good to have status with an airline where you have a lot of points, so you can leverage them

Only downside with SQ is their miles expiry, now that covid is (can we say) nearly over, SQ is now bringing back miles expiry.
Good if you earn and burn very regularly, but if you don't fly every few weeks on SQ, maybe QF is the one to go for, noting their service might be subpar, "surly" or abrupt, or so fairly good, to very good.
QF points don't expire, so long as we use it regularly, which is a good thing.
From looking at SQ staff's feedback on youtube tho, they do work a very hard and tough grueling schedule, with little work life balance.
Maybe QF's Aust staff (the longest/long service ones still working), have more "rights", so they are not so much, ultra service top oriented.
On my (don't bite me), few SQ J trips, the SQ girls do kneel a bit to write down your order of what you want.
QF, is more like they ask you what you want, standing up, and then plonk down the food tray onto your tray.
