Same issue for me. I have just fired off an email so will see what happens. On the plus side though they did seem to credit me standard points for the purchase price PRIOR to 20% off code being applied.

How does the Mall compare to cash rewards? I think David Jones is like 6 or 7% cash back on cash rewards...

DJs is currently 5 QF/$ but sometimes goes up to 10. I guess the majority here would opt for points even with lower percentage.

What could swing it either way is if there is a real-world difference as to whether the sites will pay cashback/points if you buy using a discounted gift card (eg 10% off from Ent Book)-both Cashrewards and QMall say they don't pay, but I'm not sure how it is in practice

received a reply that bonus points would hit the account in 6 weeks. We will see.
 
Didn't receive my bonus points from the Iconic bonus back in September. Have shot off email and waiting for a response.
 
Giving this a second go after not getting my points the first time, with a purchase on ebay.
I wonder if committing to buy triggers the points or if you actually have to make the payment via paypal?
 
I just bought a Surface tablet and accessories from the Microsoft Store and the email has arrived from QFF telling me that I'll be getting points for it. Fingers crossed (there has to be an upside of purchasing Windows products :D )

The mail is standard, but from what I read and hear its up to 6 weeks for the points to hit your account. In my case I received near half after 2 weeks expect the rest in 4 weeks, its all over the place... so its not a Q enhancement :)
 
Does anyone know why it takes the QF mall 3x longer than the VA, AA or BA shopping portals to post points? I am still waiting on points since September, and everything I bought in December - often from the same retailers - has already posted from the other portals.

Where are you buying stuff from? I've used 3 or 4 retailers through the mall, all credited exactly on the 30 day mark (but they are all Australian).

I received a call from QFF customer care yesterday about a ticket I raised about Microsoft Store - they are aware of the issues and will be on the case. It seemed to me that they too are finding it hard to understand why some merchants work and others don't.

You received the email from the MS Store? I've made two purchases and never received from either. This despite receiving a confirmation from another merchant during the same session!
 
My Mall/DJs points posted this week, only 5pp$ instead of 10. How do I claim missing points?

I got the email from QF confirming that I'd made an eligible purchase there "your points are on the way".
The Surface tablet arrived today so will keep an eye on my account.
 
About half mine are missing (10K), 2 emails and a phone call to Q mall went nowhere, the funny thing is the points received from same purchase do not equate to either of the items, its a right royal stuff up. If they cant run it properly don't run it at all.
