Are the windows higher up the fuselage, or was that an A220 thing only?

No higher from what i can tell! And feel noticeably smaller than 737 windows!

I was reading last night that Wizz Air had cut back all their XLR orders and pushed back other deliveries by about 3 years. I wonder if QF can get some earlier slots and speed up the transition a little.

No higher from what i can tell! And feel noticeably smaller than 737 windows!

Slightly higher on the 320/321 - I notice it as I dont have to contort as much to look out the window!

The 321 also feels wider at the shoulder for me as the curve on the 737 starts lower impacting should width.

OGC had it's first test flight last night - XFW-HAM-XFW as AIB594A.

Per airliners.net post, 3rd 321XLR now scheduled (can change) for delivery end of month.

VH-OGC is planned to arrive into BNE (from BKK) on 30NOV at 1620LT as flight number QF6045

OGD and OGE which are under construction will be 2026 deliveries.

almost nobody was putting their hand luggage in the sideways position.

I was second on board just now and about four carry-on‘s in the overhead lockers – crew bags and they’re all lying on their long side

What does everyone think the config for the 16 lie-flat A321XLRs will be? I wonder if they will go super premium heavy like AA has with 20 business suites, and premium economy as well.

Currently stuck on board OGA as QF432 at SYD gate 1 as the aircraft is unable to connect to the aerobridge which is apparently too high (landed approx 30 mins ago). Plan is to tow us to gate 6 but still waiting on the tug…
