Qantas lounge Melb, Sydney, Bris 2022 would you use?

I've done Melb pleb and business, I've done Brisbane.

Would you do Melb/Brisbane or Melb/Syd Qantas lounges?

General Qantas pass access.

I have two Citi Priority Passes(not qantas lounge) also and know Brisbane food is a good option post or pre flight.
What about Sydney food..... pre flight to use a priority pass?

I don't think Citi Priority Passes allow you into any Qantas lounges.

BNE and SYD business lounges are both OK if you have access.

The food in there last month was OK.

Unless SYD J lounge has improved dramatically I’ve found it to be one of the worst in Australia

Pizza oven lunch today 15 Jul (Not in use).
Overall if you are doing the lounge "tour" on points with J seats, yes it's worth one visit.
