I found it more interesting that I couldn't find that previous implied restriction of the flights being for business purposes.
7.1 Subject to the exclusions, limitations and other conditions specified in this clause 7, clause 8 and the
Airline Earn Table, Members earn Aquire Points, at the applicable rate specified in the
Airline Earn Table or in any special offer, for air travel booked and paid for by the Member and travelled by their Aquire Flyers for the Member's business purposes.
FAQ's
To earn Aquire Points on flights and access Aquire Flight Deals, you must be travelling for a registered Aquire Member for business purposes.
The following types of travel are not eligible to earn Aquire Points or access Aquire Flight Deals:
- leisure travel
- flights booked before your business became an Aquire Member
- group travel
- discounted airfares for example, children or infant fares, corporate discounts
Benefit Earner means (except as may otherwise be defined in the applicable Reward Scheme terms and conditions) an owner, director, officer, employee,
contractor, consultant, partner or principal of the Member who may earn Aquire Benefits for the Member under these Terms and Conditions or the relevant Reward Scheme;
Aquire Flyer means a QFF Program member who is an owner, director, officer, employee, contractor, consultant, partner or principal of the Member and is a Benefit Earner;
