Someone may be able to help with my strange issue. I recently booked a flight which includes a JQ connection. It was booked via the QF website. I recently attempted to select seats via the QF websites deep link to JQ. My JQ portion of the booking is saying I have an outstanding fare amount, yet the booking was paid in full via QF. I contacted JQ and they advised me that part of the fare remains unpaid and as I booked via QF i should contact them. The issue then began as QF tell me that the booking is paid in full as per my invoice they issued, which makes sense. My concern is that when i get to the airport to checkin for the JQ flight I will be told that it has not been ticketed because it remains unpaid. Not sure if anyone has come across this issue. Not sure the best way to deal with Jetstar.
