Qantas is not helping fix our credit vouchers which have inactive bookings.

Hey guys,

We have about 4x Credit vouchers that are still valid sitting in our business rewards. However, when you click rebook, it says "Not Found".

We've called them up so many times as they say we need to get them activated again, by submitting a ticket. We did that and called again. No one is helping.

What do we do? I've contacted Business rewards, they say to call. I call and they transfer us away, only for it to go to some random person who doesn't want to help.
