Qantas international business lounge in Melbourne

I'm going to fly with Jetstar Starclass from MEL - BKK. It departs from domestic terminal. This is my first time flying with starclass. I found that I can use qantas lounge but it locates at international terminal. So, how can I use it? or I just can't.

If you’re flying internationally you’d leave from the international terminal, not the domestic terminal, and there’s an international Qantas business lounge there for you to use.

I know the Jetstar booking engine claims that JQ29 departs from the domestic terminal, but I am not sure that it is correct.

It may be complicated by the SYD-MEL sector it operates prior to heading to BKK, but that operates through the international terminals.

It shows in the Jetstar website that the flight departs from domestic terminal. I am a bit confused too. I'll check with Jetstar again.
