Hi team,
This may or may not be the right place to ask but wondering if anyone has any intel on sorting issues with QF health insurance
I have basic extras largely for the purposes of getting points for steps etc
Previously all of my claims have been painless, but I’ve had a couple of non-PBS medicines recently and suddenly realised that I have cover for that
Oh. My. God.
The hoops they want you to jump through to get back (checks notes) $27.59 for one of them
Problem is I’ve never had a pharmac_ write the half of that on the receipt.
I responded sending them a copy of the script, a copy of the label on the box, and the page of the PBS showing that the medicine in question is not PBS listed for any indication
No dice
Obviously I’m somewhat willing to write this off to experience but, I have the willingness to push a little bit harder on principle if anyone has any intel
