Qantas Green frequent flyer tier

My year also ends 31January.
Have been sitting on 4 leaves since June, waiting until mid November to make the donation, then claim the 50 SC

Can someone check this Qantas response for me, as I'm not clear what category does the Green Leaf for attaining Silver status falls under? I don't have the option to select the bonus leaf in the system so called up. I thought that the bonus just credits a leaf, so you need any 4 out of the 6 categories for green tier.

I have completed 4 out of 5 tiers, and need this to make Green Tier for my membership year ending 30 Sep.

Please note that if you choose the Choose Sustainable Green Tier leaf as part of the benefit for attaining Silver status, it will not help unlock your Green Tier reward, as it falls under the same activity category that has already been completed.

To qualify for Green Tier, you must complete activities across five different eligible categories. As your Choose Sustainable category has already been satisfied, we recommend completing an activity under either:

• Sustainable Stays (Traveling category), or
• Sustainable Lifestyle (Lifestyle category)

Completing one of these categories will help you progress toward meeting the Green Tier requirements.

For more information about eligible activities and Green Tier requirements, please visit the Qantas website for further guidance on how to unlock your Green Tier benefits.

Additionally, could you please confirm whether you would prefer to select a Qantas Luggage Tag instead? If so, we will be happy to coordinate this request with our team and arrange processing together with your Silver Membership Card.

Sounds like you still need to either:
a) stay at one of the specified hotels; OR
b) sign up to Red Energy or do that recycling thing
