Green Leaf didn't appear until 4 business days after Payment

From memory, the standard period is 7 days from payment.

I did just that for my upcoming April trip to HBA @Big John
Paid using Points, received the Marketplace Confirmation next day, but the Green Leaf didn't appear until 4 business days after Payment.

I've just noticed this message under one of my bookings !

• Has anyone tried to use this for their green leaf ?
• If so, was the green leaf awarded when you redeemed the points or when the flight(s) were completed ?

I had issues with this last year from memory, paid with points after the booking. Took months and multiple calls to Manila to get it awarded.
