Qantas Green frequent flyer tier

I'm also on the same boat. I'm on my way to requalify my Green Status and I'm not sure which one of the leaves had failed. I can't seem to find out on the website. It's been 2 weeks since I completed those activities.

Yes, iPhone app -> My QFF -> “Acheive Green Tier“ (at top) -> LEARN MORE

If you don’t see the details, logout and login in.

On website, it’s under the “STATUS CREDITS” section -> “Unlock Green Tier” -> “LEARN MORE”.

Either way, there will be a “DONE” and Green leaf against each of the 5 sub categories completed.

That s probably it. Mrs chrismars did just one leaf last membership year, and zero this year. On the mobile app (same phone and version than mine), there is one leaf, and the "learn more" link, which redirect to a page with zero leaf, and the detailed list of challenge. I imagine this list get updated as the challenges a completed.

So a nice bug overal.
 
My husband and I had problems with three leaves.

1. offsetting flight after booking. Never received those leaves despite much chasing. Thank heavens we were able to later offset a flight at time of booking.

2. choose sustainable. Sorry there was one option that you paid some points for future use. Did this twice with no luck despite points disappearing. Many phone calls later and, naturally no calls returned, we gave up due to end of year approaching and purchased some ‘green’ wine. Leaf came through within two days.

Reading through this thread paying at least $1 at time of booking is safest. I’m yet to get that leaf I’m waiting to use my $50 voucher but I’ve noticed one way fares the offset is less than $1 but a return is about $2. So will lean towards that in due course.

Apparently there was an early cheat (now closed) with the “sustainable” one but now you must combine it with an order. It doesn’t have to be a physical items. The “offset” or “giveback” can be combined with sustainable delivery! Just add them both to your shopping bag at the QF store.

Unless the leaves are filled in green, then you are in the requalification period now (aligns to your membership year), and can start earning again by doing the same stuff you did last membership year.

I managed to get 4/5 on day 2 of my new year, and will ask QFF Wellbeing about the quiz at some point to complete the requalification.

As mentioned a few comments back, there is a bug in the website that doesn’t expand the categories to show which have been achieved / not achieved second time around but does show the total leaves - as per @dairyfloss example.

Hopefully that’s fixed by next year when I start again for my 2nd year.

My issues is apart form flight offset, I cant work out how to do the other items. When I go to green tier all I see is this, no tasks.

when I scroll down, ther is no where to go to the offset for home or car or whatever the other options were. Seems sneaky to hide option, when last year, you just clicked and executed each one.

Oh, I see - yes I just recalled what I did in the previous member year and did the same... There were a few good posts summarising what was needed upthread. May need to do some searching to find them.

How does this work, when you contact them do they just resend you link to the quiz or reset it. I remember to the quiz but cannot remember how I got to it.

It's in the Qantas Wellbeing app. I don't have first hand experience doing it twice, but some other members have successfully received the quiz leaf in their 2nd year Green tier requal.

They basically just give you the final leaf in lieu of doing the quiz again, due to there being a bug that prevents the quiz from re-appearing.

Although the way this actually works is they just give you green tier and it allows you to select your rewards, etc. with the 5th leaf still showing blank on your profile.

Note they will only do this if you are at 4/5 leafs.

That was the gist of my prior comment about the website bug. You can see that your 5 leafs have reset but as you pointed out, no links or hints how to regain them!

Then offset a flight, and contact Qantas to do the wellbeing quiz again.
A “sticky” with these would be handy for those who follow.
