Well, thx muchly for passing this on! You just cost me a bunch 😆
Couldn't find them on normal searching on the site, had to use the direct links.
Gold FF and premium wine mbr, would've hoped to get an email. Maybe i need to be WP. :)
Additional info tho, for those that also want to spend a bunch, the other deals are for a twin pack - so you get 2 of each. The bubbles offer is a single pack.

So the twin packs are with 2 wine bottles also
$139 with wine

$69 with wine

Nope, I'm WP and did not get any email. That's why I love to lurk on AFF!

What’s the going rate on Gumtree/EBay for a set of F PJs? Wondering if it’s worthwhile getting a few more of these with the intention of selling the amenities and keeping the Comtes.

We need another Bar Cart release as a companion purchase.

WOW so Glad Mrs Ansett pushed me to buy more. She so loves the nuts :)

And as a WP and premium wine member no email here so thank you to the OP.
Well, I have to admit I took the plunge too. Love Champagne and have never had the opportunity to try this one as our only F experience in Qantas was a flight that departed Dubai at 9am and I just can't drink champagne at that time. But those F class nuts are wonderful No email here as WP so kudos @kamchatsky for the thread.

To be honest I was not the first one discovered the deal. It was a friend who WhatsApped about the ozbargain deal. Then I looked at it, and saw a very good deal. I noticed the vote count was approaching just under 50. Which meant it has been opened for while, and lots of people would have seen it. So I decided to take a plunge straight away for my wedding anniversary gift for my missus, Then I checked AFF, and noticed that no one has posted (I was very surprised by this tbh). So I decided to post this here.

All of this happened in 5 minutes, during my church service this morning.

You posted here. That's all that matters.

I saw this thread this morning and didn't pay much attention. Saw it again this afternoon and $199 for the Comtes alone seemed to be worth it and took the plunge. Depending on how QF package the items this is the Comtes that has been sent to P1s over the past few years .

Take a look at this person on eBay, luc1phil whoever this person is he/she seems to sell an inordinate amount of new style QF F PJs and the Road to Rio ones, I suspect most of it is fake.

I bought the pack when it was full price. Wasn’t a presentation bottle. Was wrapped in tissue and marked as QF F (2007). One of my mates got a boxed 2007 version in the first run so variable.
Ordered a second discount pack yesterday evening.

as above. just wrapped in paper nothing special.

They really want to ditch the stock. I suspect the almond mix - as small as that seems - may also be a factor. and the amenity kits (for the contents) they want to get out of inventory.

It is a ridiculous price for the Comtes alone absolutely. I am a bit over it myself so not partaking in this one, but if I loved that 2007 drop (preferred 2006 myself) then I'd be donating pj's and amenity kits all day! :D

This is the bit that I am not sure about. Because 750ml bottle is on sale for $330 alone. Likewise that is the price of Dan Murphy’s. does QF ever have half bottles served on F?

That is the retail price though! Dunno what QF pays wholesale or direct from the cellar door. Presumably QF would need to pay tax/import duty on it once it leaves the bonded warehouse.

I think it's also listed as a 'drink now', which might bring the cost down a little.
