Qantas FF membership application, no credit card !

I’m not sure if this has been covered previously, however my brother has decided (quite late in life) to join the Qantas FF program. The only problem is that he doesn’t possess a CC. Not sure what to do from here.

Sounds like there is a few things he needs to catch up on

Does it allow PayPal and link it to his savings account? But given track record he might not even like that

Thanks - just trying to convince my 30 yo nephew who works from one of the big 4 banks and does a bit of travel to join FF programs and he said he wouldn't pay to join so I was about to google some links - wtf is he thinking
