Looking for advice and will give the info when I get for the following issues.
Set up the card and attached the QFF number to it for family member.
Asked to be credit QFF points not fuel.
Now they have used it extensively when purchasing fuel which I understand gets QFF points when swiped?
Since last year when setup they have received no QFF points.
Have emailed them as no telephone number to ring?
ie. Where are the credited points, will I be credited due to records showing purchases?
Awaiting family member to recheck emails, but initially told that nothing glaring obvious as a response?
Other than send another email concerning issue any other way to make contact and sort the issue out?
