Qantas FF and Woolworths create new loyalty alliance

I can't agree on being a teetotaller, but I find BWS very expensive and thus rarely visit them (if anything, l avoid them like the plague).

BWS is generally expensive (but does have good specials at times). Sadly, their larger sister (Dan Murphy's) has better prices, but less locations.

I ended up with 250 points for $100 spend at BigW, and some other good offers..

For spending at Big W, I got offers of 250 points for $100 spend, and 500 points for $50 of camping or fishing gear.

Since l stopped using my EDR card at Woolies about 3 (or 4...?) weeks ago, this is the first offer l have received, apart from the quarterly statement promo (which l think that everyone got). My usual weekly promo material has also vanished.

Shame that Dan Murphy's don't accept the Everyday Rewards Card

We just need to wait for the Coles Group to revamp their earning, maybe partner with DJ, and offer First Choice as an earner of points in their eco-system and I’m sure Dan’s will be on-board for EDR.

I got an offer last week for 100 FF points for spending $10 on Easter eggs at woolworths. Couldn't refuse an excuse for chocolate :)

So I did a big shop last night at Woolies, about $160....

Today received an offer "Haven't seen you in a while"

Spend $50-$99 - 9 cents a litre OR 200 points
Spend $100-$149 - 12 cents a litre OR 300 points
Spend $150+ - 15 cents a litre OR 500 points

:evil::evil::evil:

Have to stock on on washing powder, cleaning products and the like again I guess.

I'll probably go for the 500 points as the 15c/litre is 7.5 FF points per litre or 66 litres, and won't need that much petrol anytime soon!

I've not received anything pretty much since I moved to London. They're obviously not interested in people who have completely dropped off the face of the earth..

Has anyone else been getting FF points per litre AND 4c/L off the price at the pump? It's come to my attention that I might know someone that this is happening to. This person was all ready to start the fight to get the missing points until he realised that he is getting the points AND the discount ...

Note: This has happened on the last 5 e-pump transactions (since the beginning of March)

Yet again a stupid question to ask on a public forum.:evil:

If this person is getting this now, don't expect it for much longer.

Oh is it you?

It’s a valid question I think, especially as it shouldn’t be happening and is, however I don’t use e-pump so can’t test it out.

As for posting loopholes on public forums, how much value is anyone really going to scam out of Woolworths getting fuel savings and points? Not a lot hey. How much could someone get out of a Qantas loophole allowing them to fly F for $5… a lot more. I can see the reasoning behind keeping the second idea to yourself, the first… it’s just fuel.

LOL, the person is me ... I don't really care, considering it took them nearly 6 months to figure out how to handle adding supp cards, I'm not particularly stressed.

Not even from Woolies?
No not even from Woollies and not even a haven't seen you in a long time offer. No offer at all since late August 2010.
Now if they would just accept the EDR card in Tassie I may get somewhere.

They were quick to pay the shop at 3 different partners bonus in this quarter, 700 points came through overnight.

I have to think about how to answer this question - how about similar but different
