Qantas First Lounge introduces a new Duty Free Concierge Service

Qantas First Lounge customers will now be able to enjoy a Duty Free Concierge Service that allows them to shop duty free in the comforts of the Qantas First Lounge in both Sydney and Melbourne.
After browsing through a tailored duty free catalogue, customers can place their order with the Qantas First Lounge Concierge and then have their goods delivered to them in the lounge.
Customers can also request products from the extensive range available at SYD Airport Tax and Duty Free and F1RST Tax and Duty Free in Melbourne.
“We are delighted to be working in partnership with Qantas to deliver this service. We are committed to meeting the diverse needs of international travellers through innovative services such as this,” said David Odgers, Business Development Director, The Nuance Group Australia and New Zealand.
“The addition of the Duty Free Concierge Service ensures that international travellers do not miss out on duty free shopping while enjoying the amenities of the excellent new First Lounges,” he added.
