I don't think the government would toss in money. More likely they would facilitate some sort of market solution.

Or at least do a Lufthansa... govt bail out = equity.

Either way, QF will be preserved, doesn't really matter how. It isn't really a question of if, just how.
Lets just hope for own own back pockets (our taxes) that they don't need it!
