Qantas e knowledge

I purchased the qantas e knowledge yesterday with Pay pal but when I try to download I just get page saying access denied

Could you also have the support person check out my Everyday Rewards purchase please..just made also says no access, looks like some sort of error where clicking knowledge centre from the forum is not keeping us "logged in"

Oh and put the prices up 5c plz, i hate missing out on a point by 5 cents haha
