Qantas Double Status Credits on international Flights

Has anyone else received the email from Qantas headed "Booking London and Europe with confidence"?

There is a picture of a very happy looking Qantas employee in the email. Direct your cursor over the photo and double click your mouse, up comes a text box which says, "Qantas Frequent Flyer. Double Status Credits on Qantas International Flights". Nothing in the text of the email about it though?

I reckon that would be one to have a PDF print out if you're relying on it to get DSCs.

I didn't bother to open the email until I had seen the OP. Just looks like a mistake to me also.

Yup, was very disappointed when I hit the "Download pictures" button expecting to see details of a DSC offer and instead received a photo of a Qantas captain...

I have 2 emails: one for me as WP and my father who is NB. It occurs on both, so someone forgot to change the description in the email template.

Received 4 emails 3 WP, 1 NB. All had the same got really excited, but no matter what I did couldn't make the picture turn into an offer - glad it wasn't just me.......

A simple "mouseover" (Move the mouse to the picture and let it rest for a few seconds does the trick).

it's a muck up with both "alt" and "title" properties.

Sorry but not only did I get the email as a NB but received a second email with a double miles/SCs for january.Except I have no QF flights in january.

Exactamundo! With two trips to Europe coming up in the next six months it would certainly tip my business toward Qantas. As things currently stand they won't be getting it.

I have to say though, with the current QF J prices into Europe next year, even double SCs won't be enough to sway my business. $18000+ for J return to MXP via DXB anyone?
