Qantas Delays/Cancellations

In post #18,005 I highlighted how QF11 (formed by A388 VH-OQA from the five hour late QF64 arrival) from SYD to LAX was optimistically showing as a forecast 2100 hours 12 April departure. This is now displaying as 2155.

Looks like even 2155 was optimistic.
The actual departure was 2255 - just barely clear curfew, ETA is 1855
 
QF30 has every chance to make up on time if there's not much congestion at HKG. 65 minutes delay departure is literally nothing.

Today is the day where many Australians coming back to Australia to continue dig gold after the Easter break, I hope they can get back to their living place to start work soon.
QF30 ended up arriving at 8.46am this morning, which is 80 minutes behind schedule.

I have heard there were some people stuck in other cities unable to return to Sydney until this morning due to single runway operation.

Once again this shows how important WSI is going to be available to divert these planes with a strong ad-hoc plane replacement buses network.

Already confirmed - QF127 is delayed AGAIN on 13/04 on QPH despite the aircraft has been on ground since yesterday in SYD - early estimates are 1110 instead of 1015 departure

Update: took off at 1210, ETA is now 1909 instead of 1755

Also on Monday 13 April, the perennially late QF7 (1200 'high noon' SYD-DFW, today A388 VH-OQL) took off at 1535 hours. Expected gate arrival is same day at 1518, 168 minutes late.

A333 VH-QPE is operating QF59, the 1115 hours SYD up to HND that wasn't airborne until 1334 this afternoon. Gate arrival should be about 2159 hours, 109 late.
 
My friends flight tomorrow, QF1206 from PER to PHE and subsequently it’s return QF1207 have been cancelled. Appears it was meant to be operated by VH-VXE which was due to arrive from BNE as QF943 from BNE but instead circled around BNE for 2.5 hours immediately after take off burning off fuel before diverting back this evening.
