QF655 11 Feb is returning to Mascot and did not proceed to Redcliffe. Major delays are expected.
I am so concerned that there will be people who are missing connection to MH126 and CX140, therefore missing Lunar New Year!

On Thursday 12 February, A333 VH-QPD arrived ex HKG as QF30 into MEL at 0757 hours, only seven minutes late, but its next tour, QF79, the scheduled 0925 hours midmorning MEL-NRT was expected to push back at 1123.

The QF1599/1598 MEL-ASP-MEL flight pair was cancelled today as a result of flooding in Alice Springs. 100mm of rain in 2 hours overnight into an already saturated Todd River catchment resulted in a moderate river flood and a brief early morning closure of the road through Heavitree Gap leading to the airport. Although the airport never formally closed, QF made an early call to cancel the inbound service prior to it departing MEL after airport management were unable to provide timely assurance that sufficient staff would be able to access the airport to provide ground services. The only other flights after were QF services from ADL and DRW which were held at those ports until that assurance was provided.

On Saturday 14 February, QF63, the midmorning 0930 hours SYD-JNB that is meant to have A388 VH-OQH is delayed to a forecast 1305 hours departur4e, meaning QF64 scheduled to depart South Africa on Saturday night will also be badly late.

Another A380 flight, the 1405 hours SYD-DFW QF7 is forecast to push back at 1600 hours.

UPDATE: QF63 took off at 1351 hours, with forecast gate arrival becoming 1834 tonight, 214 minutes late.

QF7 did not become airborne until 1743 hours. Gate arrival is forecast as 1527 mid afternoon same day, 177 minutes behind schedule.

Looks like QF93 departed about 100 minutes late. Taxied out and then came back in again before finally heading off so perhaps a precaution

On Monday 16 February 2026, QF1, the 1615 hours SYD-SIN-LHR is forecast to push back at 1730 hours. VH-OQG is the A388.

UPDATE: It was airborne at 1809 hours with SIN gate arrival forecast as 2237 hours, 62 late. Based on previous flights, it may be as little as 25 minutes late at gate in London provided the stay in SIN doesn't exceed the timetabled allowance by much.

Wednesday 18 February has seen QF51, the 1035 hours BNE up to SIN with A332 VH-EBR take off at 1149. Gate arrival should be about 1715 hours, 45 minutes behind schedule.

On Friday 20 February, QF7, the afternoon 1405 hours SYD up to DFW (A388 VH-OQD) was in the sky at 1536 hours with gate arrival forecast as 1323, 53 late.

Early information for QF 29 MEL HKG on 21/02- the flight is delayed to 1200 departure instead of 1105 - aircraft number is unknown as yet

There is also a QF7801 scheduled CBR-MEL at 2110 tonight.

Also on Saturday 21 February, QF93, the 1200 'high noon' MEL-LAX with A388 VH-OQI did not take off until 1344. The forecast arrival at gate of 0826 hours, same day will be 61 minutes late. 'The 94' ex LAX was 55 late in arriving at 1025 hours this morning, so that explains the delay.

A332 VH_EBM on QF67 from SYD to BLR (the 0930 hours) was up up and away at 1103 hours so its likely gate arrival becomes 1634, 44 behind.

Thanks for the update but the flight was QF 80 from NRT AND arrived on time before being the 29 today
