Quickstatus, thank you for compiling the above list.
VH-OEB is not 40 minutes late: it is 235 minutes late, and operating QF73 from SYD to SFO not the other direction's QF74.
VH-OJU on QF74, the Sunday night 16 October SFO - SYD is not 4.5 hours late but is expected by QF to arrive in SYD 25 minutes early at 0735 hours on Tuesday 18.
Since QF28 ex SCL arrived in SYD at 1812 (27 minutes late, not an hour late) on Monday 17, your comment that VH-OEH may operate tonight's 2200 hours SYD - HND (QF25) may be correct because this arrival and departure are using the same gate (33) at SYD. I lack information as to whether QF will move VH-OEH from this gate and substitute VH-OEG for the flight to Japan tonight.
The predicted arrival time of the overnight delayed QF25 from SYD to HND that departed at 1442 this afternoon (17 October) has been marginally changed to 2210 this evening, meaning that QF26 from HND is predicted to depart at midnight, two hours late with a Tuesday 18 October SYD forecast at gate arrival of 1100, 90 minutes behind schedule.
QF73 does not operate on Tuesdays while from memory the MEL - HKG QF29 is normally an A333 so that should assist in giving the B744 fleet some 'breathing space', but the airline must find a B744 to operate QF27 from SYD to SCL.
